"My particular interest lies in the intersection of technology, society, and democratic participation: How can digital tools be designed to promote social dialogue, enable participation, and strengthen democratic processes? ”

I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).

From 2023 to 2024, I worked as a student research assistant at the FZI Research Center for Information Technology in Karlsruhe. My work focused on citizen science, participation, democracy, and the opportunities and challenges of digital technologies in these contexts.

Through this, I gained diverse experience in both academic research and science communication.
Among other projects, I conducted and analyzed interviews on the use of VR technology in urban planning as part of public participation initiatives. I was also involved in several academic publications on topics such as citizen science, smart cities, and disinformation.
